Disclosure of email address may be marginally acceptable, subject to member's view. If disclosed, the format is similar to Comment 4 above. Technically, it is not a difficult job.
Blog is usually created for occasional event. It will be dismantled afterwards, say after November 15.
For subsequent event, a new blog (with a new address) will be created.
Anyway, it is open for discussion.
